MINOTEE (Minority Rights – Towards Effective European Enforcement) is a Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action project. MINOTEE seeks to combine approaches from legal scholarship and political science to explore promising venues for more effective minority rights protection in Europe, with special attention to forms of collective redress. The research aims at studying a diverse set of minority claims from Roma and Hungarian minority communities as well as developing European proposals that are both realistic in the current political climate and can bring tangible results in local settings.
